Job Description: Regional Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based | Flexible Working Arrangement

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Regional Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our exclusive products among interior designers and architects in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with existing and new clients, generating sales opportunities, following up on business prospects, and coordinating with our Delhi Head Office to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Approach and build relationships with interior designers and architects across Kolkata(and few other regions near it), covering both existing and new clients of our company.
• Promote and market the company’s exclusive products and generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, sales leads, and ongoing orders to drive conversions.
• Coordinate with the internal team at the Delhi Head Office for pricing, orders, client requirements, and sales support.
• Maintain regular reports on client visits, market activities, sales progress, and follow-ups.
• Independently manage regional marketing activities in Kolkata and report directly to the Head Office.
• RequirementsAdvanced-level Bengali-speaking skills are mandatory; native West Bengali candidates will be preferred.
• Must own and be able to use a two-wheeler for local travel.
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a field-based role.
• Work ArrangementThe position will operate independently across Kolkata, without a dedicated office.
• Working hours will be defined, with flexibility in daily scheduling based on field visits and business requirements.
• Regional training will be provided in Kolkata.
• The candidate will report directly to the Delhi Head Office and maintain regular communication regarding daily activities and sales progress.
