Job Description: BDM / Project Sales Executive

Experience: 1-5 years in Building Materials Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop project sales opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail segments
• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, and contractors
• Promote company’s lamination products (decorative laminates, compact laminates, panels, etc.)
• Get products specified and approved in upcoming and ongoing projects
• Track projects from enquiry to order execution and payment collection
• Conduct product presentations, samples demo, and site visits
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for smooth order fulfillment
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Achieve assigned sales targets and collection targets
• Maintain CRM, project pipeline, and MIS reports

Key Requirements

• Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
• 2–8 years of experience in project sales within lamination, plywood, veneer, MDF, boards, hardware, or building materials
• Strong network with architects & interior designers is mandatory
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively for project visits
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and reporting
