Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, drive conversions, and maximize ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and marketing ROI.
  • Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, pixels, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to achieve business targets.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting tools.
