Job Description

Responsible for managing the end-to-end IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various technical positions.


  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and employee referrals.
  • Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage the recruitment pipeline and maintain candidate records.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process.
  • Achieve recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future IT requirements.
