Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident, results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound leads generated through our Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising campaigns.

Note: We are looking for a profile with experience in software service sales

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with inbound leads.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

- Handle enquiries for CRM, ERP, School & Hospital Software, HRMS, Business Management Software, Websites, Android/iOS Apps and Custom Software.

- Explain solutions, schedule product demos and follow up with prospects.

- Maintain lead information and follow-ups in CRM.

- Coordinate with the technical team for demos, proposals and quotations.

- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales or Tele-Sales.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Good command of Bengali, Hindi and English.

- Strong follow-up, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Experience selling software, ERP, CRM, SaaS, websites or mobile applications will be preferred.
