Role Overview
The candidate will:
Ensure timely payment collections.
Support revenue realization.
Follow up with customers.
Coordinate with the Sales team.
Minimize outstanding dues.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Revenue Realization
Follow up with customers who paid the booking amount.
Convert interested leads into enrolled customers.
Help customers complete full payment.
Maximize revenue through consistent follow-ups.
Onboarding & Payment Assistance
Guide customers after workshops.
Assist with EMI and one-time payments.
Resolve payment or enrollment issues.
Customer Engagement & Support
Make outbound calls.
Answer questions about courses, pricing, and payment options.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Sales Coordination
Coordinate with the Sales team.
Track workshop conversions.
Monitor payment status.
Ensure proper communication on pricing and offers.
Reporting & Tracking
Track leads daily.
Monitor onboarding.
Maintain payment progress reports.
Document customer interactions.
Process Improvement Identify
onboarding/payment drop-off points.
Suggest improvements.
Improve conversion from workshop to enrollment.
