Job Description

  • 📝 Job Responsibilities😊 Greet customers and provide friendly service.
  • 🍦 Serve ice creams, sundaes, cones, cups, and other products.
  • 🧾 Take customer orders and prepare bills accurately.
  • 💳 Handle cash, UPI, card, and other digital payments.
  • 🗣️ Explain flavours, toppings, offers, and combos to customers.
  • 🧹 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter.
  • 📦 Monitor stock of ice cream, toppings, cones, cups, and packaging materials.
  • ❄️ Ensure proper storage and handling of ice cream products.
  • 💰 Support the team in achieving daily sales targets.
  • 🤝 Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
  • 📋 Maintain daily sales and stock records.
  • ⚠️ Report stock shortages, equipment issues, or other problems to the supervisor.
