Job Description
Responsibilities
● Understand our job requirements and candidate profiles clearly
● Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, databases, WhatsApp/Telegram groups and other relevant channels
● Proactively search for candidates rather than depending only on job applications
● Conduct initial screening calls/interviews
● Check candidate experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, location and overall suitability
● Shortlist qualified candidates and share their profiles with us
● Coordinate interviews between candidates and our team
● Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
● Maintain an updated candidate tracker/database
● Keep us informed about candidate status, interview feedback and joining status
● Help negotiate/coordinate offers where required
● Follow up until the selected candidate actually joins
● Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for recurring requirements
