Location: Megatherm Tower,8th Floor, SDF more, Saltlake Sector 5. Kolkata-700091.

Teleminds Infotech is looking for a Female HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Support the HR team with other recruitment and HR-related activities as required.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
• Previous experience in recruitment/talent acquisition is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and work with deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals will be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent English communication and a strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Sunday: Holiday
