Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Manager & Trainer to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle, and HR processes while also training students in practical HR skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

* Handle HR operations, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HRMS.

* Manage employee lifecycle, engagement, grievances, probation, and exit processes.

* Support performance management, KRAs/KPIs, appraisals, and employee retention.

* Ensure implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and basic statutory compliance.

* Deliver practical HR training to students on recruitment, HR operations, payroll, HRMS, performance management, HR analytics, and AI tools.

* Conduct mock interviews, assignments, and placement-preparation sessions.

* Coordinate with placement teams and corporate hiring partners.

* Prepare HR, recruitment, training, and employee MIS reports.
