Job Description – Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business development for Elevate Health World. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential healthcare businesses, building relationships with decision-makers, generating qualified leads and converting prospects into EHW partners.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Identify and research potential clinics, diagnostic centres, polyclinics, hospitals and other healthcare businesses in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits to prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Approach and build relationships with clinic owners, doctors, administrators and other key decision-makers.
• Explain Elevate Health World’s services, solutions and partnership model to prospective clients.
• Understand the client's business, identify their challenges and determine how EHW can add value.
• Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, networking, local market research and other appropriate channels.
• Arrange meetings, presentations and demonstrations with qualified prospects.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects through calls, WhatsApp and in-person meetings.
• Negotiate with prospects and work towards converting qualified leads into paying clients/partners.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, meetings, follow-ups and sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly field activity and sales targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update management on the status of prospects.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective healthcare partners.
• Gather information about competitors, market conditions, customer requirements and potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the internal EHW team during the sales and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for newly acquired partners.
• Provide regular reports on field activities, lead generation, meetings, conversions and other sales performance metrics.
• Take ownership of the assigned territory and continuously identify new opportunities for business growth.

The ideal candidate should be confident in face-to-face communication, comfortable with extensive field work, proactive in approaching new businesses, persistent with follow-ups and strongly motivated by achieving sales targets.
