Job Description
About Berger Paints is the decorative paint, offering premium interior, exterior, waterproofing, and wood coating solutions across India. The company focuses on delivering innovative products and exceptional customer experience through its expanding retail and dealer network.
- Key Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers in selecting suitable paint products, shades, textures, and finishes.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate Berger Paints solutions.
- Explain product features, coverage, pricing, and application methods to customers.
- Support customers with shade cards, colour combinations, and product comparisons.
- Coordinate with painters, contractors, and dealers for customer requirements when needed.
- Maintain proper product display, stock visibility, and cleanliness of the store section.
- Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and new product launches to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.
- Maintain daily sales records and coordinate with store management.
