Job OverviewWe are looking for a sharp, dynamic, and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves active field visits and customer acquisition across target areas.

• Key ResponsibilitiesField Prospecting: Identify, meet, and pitch to potential clients through on-ground field visits.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with target clients.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage end-to-end sales transactions, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.
• Market Intelligence: Gather local market feedback and stay updated on industry trends.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Requirements & QualificationsSales Experience: Prior hands-on experience in sales is required (Preference will be given to candidates with Manufacturing Sales experience, but candidates from any sales background are welcome to apply).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, quick thinking, and fast learning ability.
• Travel Centric: Comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Mandatory Requirements:
• Must own a Two-Wheeler Vehicle (Bike)
• Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License
