Job SummaryWe are hiring dynamic and result-oriented SOHO Sales Executives for Airtel Business. The role involves acquiring new Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) customers by promoting Airtel Business Broadband, Voice, and Digital Connectivity solutions. This is a 100% field sales role.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through field visits and referrals.
- Sell Airtel Business Broadband, Voice, Fixed Line, and Digital Solutions to SOHO customers.
- Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable Airtel solutions.
- Ensure timely documentation and KYC completion.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status in the Airtel sales application.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Graduate (Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2B or Field Sales experience (Telecom/Broadband/BFSI/FMCG preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Mandatory RequirementsOwn two-wheeler (Bike)
- Valid Driving License
