Reliance Jio is currently hiring for the role of Jio Fiber Engineer - IT for Dunlop and Rajarhat location on urgent basis.

Job Description -

B1. Installation of Jio GigaFibre solution ensuring best customer experience

B2. Understand and provide resolution to customer issues

B3. Acquire and onboard new customers

B4. Understand customer requirement to offer advanced/relevant solutions to them

Important points -

1. JFE-IT before onboarding needs to give a declaration form for tool kit purchase by themselves.
2. JFE-IT role associates will be assessed post 06 months for upgradation to JFE role.
3. Training and certification to be done as per JFE job role
4. Tool Kit:

a. The JFE-IT is required to buy/own the tool kit as per the defined list.

b. Cost of Tool kit to be reimbursed to an extent of INR 6,000/.

c. First instalment of INR 4000/-, to be paid along with first salary.

d. Balance payout will be paid in two instalments, INR 1000 each in subsequent two months.

Eligibility -

1. Edu Qual: ITI / Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic)
2. Exp: 06 Months to 2 Yrs
3. Age: 18-25 Yrs
4. Two Wheeler : Must have a driving license and a Two-Wheeler
5. Smart Phone: Should have 5G smart phone (Tech Savvy)
6. Open to work on Saturday and Sunday (Weekly off will be given between Monday to Friday).
7. Son of soil
8. Valid Indian identity: Pan/Aadhar
9. Police Verification
