F&B Manager

Knock Out Sports Bar & Lounge is a vibrant hospitality destination offering great food, beverages, entertainment, and an engaging guest experience. We are looking for an experienced and energetic F&B Manager to oversee daily food and beverage operations, lead the team, maintain service standards, and drive business profitability.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management: Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and food service operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate service staff, bartenders, stewards, and other F&B team members.
• Customer Experience: Ensure excellent guest service, handle customer complaints professionally, and maintain high service standards.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor stock levels, manage food and beverage inventory, minimize wastage, and control operational costs.
• Sales & Revenue: Drive food and beverage sales through upselling, promotions, and effective service strategies.
• Bar Management: Coordinate with the bar team to maintain beverage quality, stock accuracy, and responsible service practices.
• Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and compliance with applicable liquor licensing and operational regulations.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement, quality checks, and cost-effective purchasing.
• Reports & Documentation: Maintain daily sales reports, stock registers, consumption records, wastage reports, and staff attendance.
• Event Coordination: Support sports screenings, live entertainment, private parties, and promotional events.
• Standard Operating Procedures: Implement company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
