WE ARE HIRING – EXPORT/IMPORT DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE | KOLKATA
We are looking for an experienced Export & Import Documentation Executive for our Kolkata office.
Candidate should have good working knowledge of:
• Export & Import Customs Documentation
• Shipping Bill preparation & Checklist verification/ BOE
• Commercial Invoice, Packing List & related export documents
• Customs/CHA documentation procedures
• Import documentation and clearance paperwork
• Coordination with customers, Customs team & operations
• Good email drafting and communication skills
• Strong attention to documentation accuracy
Location: Kolkata
Industry: Logistics / CHA / Export-Import
Experience: Candidates with practical Customs/CHA documentation experience preferred.
