Job Description: Executive Assistant (EA) CPL Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd.
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Preferred Industry: Healthcare / Diagnostics

- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive assistance to the Director and senior management.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, Operations, and other departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official communications.
- Handle confidential documents, records, and management information.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Support HR activities, administrative operations, and internal coordination.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 5 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Administration, or HR.
- Experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email management, and documentation.
- Strong multitasking abilities, professionalism, and confidentiality.
