Job Overview:

We are looking for detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executives (MALE) to handle CAF (Customer Application Form) reject processing for our operations. The role involves updating customer information in the system, and maintaining accurate records. This is a non-voice, back-office role with no outbound or inbound calling responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

•          Process and update rejected CAF applications in the designated system.

•          Enter and correct application details as per the available records and process guidelines.

•          Identify missing or incorrect information and flag discrepancies for further review.

•          Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of assigned applications.

•          Meet daily data entry productivity and accuracy targets.

•          Follow data confidentiality and process compliance guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

•          6 months–2 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, or document processing preferred.

•          Freshers with good typing skills may also apply.

•          Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

•          Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

•          Ability to work efficiently under productivity targets.

•          Previous BPO experience will be an added advantage.
