Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert raw data into meaningful insights and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Use SQL to extract, filter, and manage data from databases.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
• Identify data inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand business requirements.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow company data management policies.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.
• Understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Python is an added advantage.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a Commerce or Management background will be preferred.

Experience:

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization are preferred.
