- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain effective communication with customers
- Provide accurate information as per company processes
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Training & Certification – Freshers OnlyTraining will be provided to selected freshers.
- Stipend will be provided after successful completion of training.
- Training completion certificate will also be provided.
