Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Dish TV Inbound For Oriya Speaking Candidate)
📍 Job Location: Sector V Kolkata
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: 14000-16000 take Home + Incentive
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about company products and services
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills in Oriya, Hindi & English Average
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, CRM systems)
- Ability to handle pressure and work in shifts
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
