Position: Service Executive – Post Production

Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible, organized, and communication-oriented Service Executive to join our team. The person will be responsible for coordinating between the Management Team, Clients, and Editors to ensure that every post-production project is completed smoothly and delivered according to the client’s requirements.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a professional relationship with clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the Management Team to collect project-related data and requirements.
• Communicate with clients regarding their photo/video selections, preferences, requirements, and feedback.
• Share the required data and instructions with clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Collect and organize selected photos, videos, songs, and other required files from clients.
• Coordinate with the Editing Team and provide them with the correct client requirements and selected files.
• Follow up with editors to ensure projects are completed within the required timeline.
• Review the progress of ongoing projects and coordinate for necessary corrections or changes.
• Communicate with clients regarding updates, revisions, and final delivery.
• Maintain proper records of client selections, requirements, project status, and deliveries.
• Ensure that the final output is completed according to the client’s preferences and company standards.
• Handle client queries professionally and provide timely responses.
• Follow up with clients whenever selections, approvals, or additional information are pending.
• Skills & Qualities RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English, Bengali and Hindi (both written and verbal).
• Good knowledge of computer operations, Google Drive, WhatsApp, email, and basic office software.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Responsible, patient, and proactive approach to work.
• Prior experience in photography, wedding photography, video production, post-production, or client servicing will be an advantage.

Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete client coordination process after a project enters post-production. The candidate should be comfortable communicating with different clients, understanding their preferences, coordinating with editors, and ensuring that the work is completed smoothly and on time.
