Job Description
*** Only for Male candidates****
CTC: 21,000 per month / 15000 in hand + 2000 Statutory Bonus (Fixed)
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (9 Hours)
Cab Facility: One-side cab support during odd hours
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off per Week
*Eligibility Criteria*
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (on paper mandatory)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or above
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred

Versant Score 4
*Key Responsibilities*
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Assist customers with concerns related to:
Wrong items received
Delayed deliveries
Damaged products
Refunds and replacements
Order status and general inquiries
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic interactions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Follow company processes and quality standards while addressing customer concerns.
