Position: Customer Service Associate

Salary Details


  • CTC: 19,000 per month
  • In-Hand Salary: 15,500 per month


Eligibility Criteria


  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or above
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Good communication skills in English are mandatory


Work Schedule

  • 24/7 Rotational Shifts
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in any shift
  • 2 Rotational Weekly Offs

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
