Job Description
What you will do-
- Be the first voice of EARTHAMENTS for clients, in the studio, on the phone, over email and on social media
- Manage orders from confirmation through dispatch and delivery, including custom requests, returns and exchanges
- Merchandise the physical store and keep online listings accurate, current and well presented
- Coordinate between clients, the studio team and our artisans so everyone stays informed
- Keep order records and client communication organised and easy to trace
Who you are
- An excellent communicator in English, Bengali and Hindi, both spoken and written
- Composed and warm with clients, and clear and firm with timelines
- Organised and detail-minded, the kind of person who notices a missing clasp or a delayed parcel before anyone asks
- Comfortable with e-commerce platforms, spreadsheets and messaging tools
- Drawn to craft, design or jewellery (prior retail or client-facing experience is a plus)
