Job Description

It's a domestic Inbound voice process where executives have to resolve customer queries over the call.

Graduates and Undergraduates (freshers & Experienced both can apply)

Need any one regional language Hindi OR Bengali, with Basic English

Day rotational Shift ( 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM; any 9-hour shift, eg. 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM / 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM)

6 days working & 1 Rotational week off

9 hrs shift including 1 hour lunch & break

Salary: 11 K in hand & 14K CTC
