The role involves monitoring and auditing calls, evaluating agent performance, providing feedback, and maintaining reports in Excel.

* Shift: 6 AM–3 PM (Mon–Sat)/ 8 AM- 6 PM/ 3 PM-12 AM.
* Doorstep drop/pickup available
Requirements:
* 12th pass/Graduate (no full-time course)
* Fresher’s with Strong English communication
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel
