Counter Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a punctual and energetic Counter Sales Executive to manage the morning operations at That Donut Shop. In this 5-hour part-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our morning customers, responsible for setting up the outlet for a successful day, serving quality beverages, and ensuring a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Outlet Opening: Unlock and set up the store at 9:00 AM, ensuring the counter and display areas are fully prepped for service.
• Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, assist with menu choices, and take orders efficiently.
• Billing & Cash Handling: accurately punch orders into the POS system, process payments, and manage the cash drawer responsibly.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare hot and cold coffee/beverages as required, maintaining our standard recipes and quality.
• Hygiene & Maintenance: Keep the counter, equipment, and customer areas clean and organized throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Friendly, customer-oriented attitude with clear communication skills.
• Trustworthy with basic math skills for daily cash handling.
• Punctual and reliable to handle store opening responsibilities.
• Prior experience in a café or QSR is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
