Job Description
Site Supervisor
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth and timely execution of work.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workers
- Monitor work progress, quality, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site staff
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain daily site reports and attendance records
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures
- Resolve routine site-related issues and report updates to management
- May be required to work night shifts depending on project requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in site supervision preferred
- Good communication and team-management skills
- Ability to handle site responsibilities independently
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts when required
Salary: ₹12,000 onwards per month, negotiable for the right candidate.
