- Assist in daily food preparation, cooking, plating, and service as per established recipes and SOPs.

- Maintain consistent food quality, taste, presentation, portion size, and preparation standards.

- Perform mise en place, including washing, cutting, chopping, marinating, portioning, and basic cooking.

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently as required for assigned duties.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of workstations, utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas.

- Follow food safety, personal hygiene, storage, temperature-control, and sanitation procedures.

- Receive, check, label, store, and rotate ingredients using FIFO principles.

- Monitor ingredient usage and report shortages, wastage, quality issues, or equipment problems to the senior kitchen team.

- Support timely preparation and smooth coordination during service and peak operating periods.

- Assist with cleaning, closing duties, stock handling, and general kitchen upkeep.

- Work collaboratively with Chefs, CDPs, Commis, and other kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations.

- Follow all company policies, safety standards, kitchen discipline, and instructions from the reporting chef.
