Client Relationship Manager

🎯 Job Purpose

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and drive business growth through excellent service and regular engagement.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle client queries, requests, and service-related concerns.
• Generate business through client referrals, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, meetings, and other channels.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely customer service.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up reports.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Age: 22–40 years.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with experience in sales, banking, insurance, financial services, or customer relationship management will be preferred.
