Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and hardworking Chef to join our team in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious and high-quality food while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook food as per the menu and required standards.
  • Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen.
  • Handle food ingredients and kitchen equipment safely.
  • Manage food preparation and minimize wastage.
  • Maintain proper storage of food items and ingredients.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
  • RequirementsPrevious experience as a Chef or Cook is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of cooking and food preparation.
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
