Job Overview
Teleminds Infotech is hiring Fresher Male/ Female for Quality Analyst to join our growing team
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 20–30 years
- Candidates must be residing in or around Kolkata
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Should not be pursuing any full-time or part-time education
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with experience in International Call Center/BPO CALL AUDITING will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions in call to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct call audits and provide constructive feedback to agents
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Work closely with operations and training teams to improve overall performance.
Shift Timings:
The role requires working in rotational shifts based on business requirements:
- 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Male candidates only) (Drop Facility available)
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM ( Pick-up Facility available)
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Salary
- Freshers: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
