Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate and manage leads for potential franchise partners.
- Contact and explain the franchise business model to interested prospects.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential franchisees.
- Identify suitable locations and market opportunities for franchise expansion.
- Achieve monthly franchise sales and development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise onboarding and setup.
- Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and prospects.
- Handle documentation and ensure a smooth franchise acquisition process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on leads, conversions, and franchise sales.
Candidate Requirements:-
- Experience in B2B sales, franchise sales, business development, or real estate sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of franchise business models is an advantage.
