Job Description: Back Office Executive (Business Development B2B)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive to help drive our global expansion and build lasting B2B relationships.

​Role Overview

​As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be the tip of the spear for our international sales efforts. Your primary goal will be to identify potential global partners, initiate contact, and successfully transition warm leads into scheduled meetings for our leadership team.

​Key Responsibilities

​Lead Generation: Proactively research and generate qualified B2B leads within targeted international markets.

​Prospecting: Conduct in-depth internet research to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.

​Outreach & Engagement: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns utilizing cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn networking to engage prospects.

​Appointment Setting: Successfully secure and schedule a minimum of 10 highly qualified online meetings per month between international clients and the company's Directors.

​Pipeline Management: Meticulously maintain and update the lead database, tracking all interactions, follow-up records, and lead conversion metrics.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduate) in any discipline.

​Experience: 1 to 3+ years of proven track record in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Appointment Setting (experience with international B2B clients is highly preferred).

​Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written), with the confidence to converse smoothly with international decision-makers.

​Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced internet research techniques.

​Key Attributes: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient, with a strong focus on meeting scheduling and lead conversion.
