Job Description
1. Recruit Advisors through company databases and train them.
2. Participate in training, product updates and business development activities.
3. Build a team of advisors and junior team leaders to distribute your team strength and follow up businesses through them.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and prospects.
5. Admin work to get logged in policy issued, clear CFRs and achieve goals.
6. Maintain proper documentation and follow company processes and regulatory requirements.
