Back Office Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives/financial consultants.

Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business targets.

Recruit, train, and motivate team members.

Guide team members on customer handling and sales processes.

Generate new business through customer acquisition and relationship management.

Track sales activities, leads, conversions, and revenue.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Help team members resolve customer issues and achieve their targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance regulations, and sales processes.

Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.

Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
