Appointment Setter

Appointment Setter role at Million Tech Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. In this role, the individual will contact potential and existing clients, introduce company services, and schedule appointments for the sales or business development team. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, updating appointment calendars, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems. The role also involves qualifying leads, following up on prospects, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure appointments are confirmed and attended. The Appointment Setter is expected to maintain professional communication, manage time effectively, and support overall lead generation and client outreach efforts.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling for efficient calendar and meeting management.

Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and professional email or message writing.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools are beneficial.

Prior experience in telesales, call centers, or coordination roles is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
