About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Business Consultant to work with Tally Channel Partners and help them grow and develop their businesses.

The role involves business consulting, partner development, sales growth, process improvement, lead generation, resource development and training. The candidate will work closely with partner business owners and their teams to identify growth opportunities and implement structured business development initiatives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Tally Channel Partners to understand their business, challenges and growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement partner business growth strategies.
• Support partners in improving sales, revenue and customer acquisition.
• Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities.
• Develop and improve business processes and sales practices.
• Support lead generation and business development activities.
• Assist partners in building and developing their sales teams and resources.
• Conduct training, workshops and capability-development programmes for partner teams.
• Supervise and monitor execution of agreed business growth initiatives.
• Conduct regular business reviews and identify performance gaps and corrective actions.
• Help partners improve productivity, field execution and overall business performance.
• Track business development activities and partner growth progress.
• Candidate Profile4–5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Consulting.
• Experience in Channel Sales or Channel Partner Management preferred.
• Experience with Tally / IT / SaaS / Business Software will be an advantage.
• Experience in team handling, sales training or business consulting preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales, lead generation and business development.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work directly with business owners and sales teams.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Notice period is not negotiable.
