Job Description

 Counsel prospective students regarding Online management programs.

 Understand students' educational background, career goals, and requirements.

 Explain program structure, specializations, eligibility, admission process, academic support, and other relevant details.

 Handle leads generated through Telecalling, Website enquiries, Referrals and other sources.

 Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.

 Convert qualified enquiries into successful admissions.

 Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates until the admission process is completed.

 Build a positive relationship with prospective students and provide accurate information.

 Coordinate with the admission/operations team for documentation and enrollment formalities.

 Maintain daily activity, lead, and admission records.

 Achieve individual counselling and admission targets.
