JOB DESCRIPTION Junior Counselor – MBA/PGDM Admissions

Location: Kolkata – Near Acropolis Mall

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 Fixed + Performance Bonus

Qualification: Minimum Graduation in Any Discipline

Experience: 1–3 Years in Education Counseling

• Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students regarding MBA/PGDM programs.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
• Follow up consistently with leads through calls, emails, chats and social media.
• Generate student walk-ins and convert prospects into admissions.
• Drive lead-to-admission conversions and achieve assigned targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update daily activities in the CRM.
• Maintain a detailed database of prospects and provide regular feedback to the reporting manager.
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission/conversion targets.
• Work effectively in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.

Previous Team Lead experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• MBA/PGDM admissions and counseling.
• BBA or B.Tech college admissions.
• Education consulting firms.
• Regular or Online MBA admissions.
• B-Schools and higher-education institutions.
• Admission counseling for institutions such as Jain University, NMIMS, Symbiosis, ICFAI, etc.

Candidates with counseling experience in B.Tech, MBBS or Foreign University admissions may also be considered.

Candidates originally from West Bengal who are currently working outside Kolkata may also be considered.

• Additional Preference women will be preferred for this counseling profile.
