Tax and Finance.com is looking for Commerce background freshers for an Accounts and Finance Executive role. Candidates will receive on-the-job training to develop practical accounting and finance skills. After successful completion of the training, a salary increment will be provided.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Maintain and update financial records using MS Excel and other office applications.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing accounting documents.
• Support balance sheet analysis and basic financial reporting.
• Assist with tax filing and related documentation.
• Prepare and manage emails, documents, and finance-related records.
• Learn accounting and taxation processes through on-the-job training.
• Support the team with routine finance and administrative tasks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Commerce background graduates are preferred.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Should have basic knowledge of accounting and finance concepts.
• Good computer skills with knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Office.
• Willingness to learn accounting, taxation, and financial processes.
• Candidates who successfully complete the training will receive a salary increment.

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, as per skill
• Salary Increment: Provided after completion of on-the-job training
