Job Description

Account Executive

Salary- ₹ 20000/-

Job Location- Alipore, Kolkata

Experience- 3 Years plus

Qualification- B.Com

Responsibilities-

Record all purchase entries, raw material, packaging and consumables, against verified bills and goods received notes

Record all sales entries across channels, outlet counter sales, aggregator sales on Swiggy and Zomato, and direct and corporate orders

Run the Petpooja to Tally sync across all outlets and reconcile outlet and online sales against actual collections

Keep purchase and sales registers current to the day, with no backlog

Onboard new vendors, collect and file GST, PAN, bank and MSME details, and set them up correctly in the vendor master.
