Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, with a good understanding of financial records, taxation, and accounting principles.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain purchase, sales, cash, and bank records.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment entries.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (as applicable).
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS.
• Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support audits and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as an Accountant.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
