Job Description
Qualification:Semi-Qualified CA / CS / CMA or B.Com / M.Com (pursuing professional course preferred)Experience:Minimum 1 years in accounting or finance role
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts including ledger, journal, and cash book
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports
• File GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Support in preparation of audit schedules and documents
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for billing and payment follow-ups
• Maintain fixed assets register and depreciation schedules
Required Skills
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions
• Good command over MS Excel and Word
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to handle routine accounting work independently
