Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience and strong working knowledge of GST, Tally, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle sales, purchase, expense, receipt, and payment entries.
• Manage accounting activities using Tally.
• Prepare and maintain GST-related records and documentation.
• Assist with GST returns and tax-related compliance.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Maintain ledgers and assist with account reconciliation.
• Use MS Excel for accounting records, reports, and data management.
• Verify accounting entries and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for accounts-related matters.
• Assist with monthly accounting reports and other finance-related activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate
• Preferred Course: B.Com
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year
• English: Basic English
