Telesales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Serampore, Hooghly. The Telesales Executive will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote products or services, explain offerings clearly, and address customer questions. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into sales in line with set targets. Daily tasks include maintaining call records, updating CRM or sales tracking systems, coordinating with the sales team, and providing basic customer support when needed. The Tele sales Executive is expected to adhere to company scripts and guidelines, maintain a professional tone, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle queries, resolve basic issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills, including the ability to identify prospects, pitch offerings, and close deals.
• Candidates should have basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
• Candidates should demonstrate goal orientation, resilience in a target-driven environment, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Prior telesales, call center, or inside sales experience is an advantage but not always mandatory.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; further education in business or marketing is beneficial.
