About the Role:-

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant product information, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products, offers, pricing, and other relevant information clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Convert potential leads into successful sales wherever possible.
• Follow up with interested customers at scheduled intervals.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads and customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.

Requirements:-

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Bengali/local language knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/CRM tools.
• Ability to handle customer objections and rejection professionally.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
