Telecaller

Work from home & work from office both are required

contacts customers over the phone to collect overdue payments, clear pending loan EMIs, and meet daily or monthly collection targets while following legal and company guidelines

Make Outbound Calls: Call customers with overdue loan EMIs, bills, or pending account balances.

Negotiate Payments: Talk clearly and professionally to secure payment commitments and setup payment dates.

Resolve Queries: Answer customer questions about bills, payment methods, or account status.

Update Records: Log every call, update payment statuses, and maintain accurate logs in the computer system or CRM.

Meet Targets: Reach daily, weekly, and monthly recovery and call volume goals.

Follow Compliance: Stick to company rules, ethical collection practices, and industry guidelines (like RBI norms).

Education: Minimum 10th pass, 12th pass, or a college graduate.

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, debt recovery, customer service, or BPO. Freshers with good communication are often welcome.

Certification: Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification is preferred or mandatory for certain banking processes.

Communication: Good speaking and listening skills in English and local regional languages.

Soft Skills: Patience, polite persuasion, and strong negotiation skills to handle difficult or stressed customers.

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and data entry.
